Chancen zum Wachsen nutzen".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Es widmet sich der Suche nach Antworten auf die Frage, wie Projektmanagement nach den wirtschaftlichen Turbulenzen der letzten Jahre Unternehmen beim Wachsen unterstützt. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf nachhaltigem Wachsen durch Projektmanagement und der Frage, ob Projektarbeit Garant für mehr WERTE und Nachhaltigkeit in Unternehmen ist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ich finde neben den Streams auch die &lt;a href="http://www.pm-forum.de/programm/keynote-speaker.html"&gt;Keynotes &lt;/a&gt;interessant - neben Desertec (ein Projekt, dass derzeit viel diskutiert wird) ist auch der A380 Thema. Wie der Name schon sagt, werden Teile eines Flusses - des Arkansas im Bundesstaat Colorado - verhüllt werden.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ausführliche Informationen zum Projekt gibt es auf einer &lt;a href="http://www.overtheriverinfo.com/"&gt;Projekthomepage&lt;/a&gt; des Künstlers. Bewundern können wird man das Ganze voraussichtlich während zweier Wochen im Sommer 2013.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Es lohnt sich mit Sicherheit, dieses Projekt regelmässig zu verfolgen. Interessant ist imho bei diesem (und auch vorhergehenden Christo und Jeanne-Claude-Projekten) das Stakeholder-Management. Bei Projekten im öffentlichen Raum gibt es viele Meinungen - und ebensoviele Genehmigungen einzuholen und behördliche Hürden zu überwinden. Geplant ist  die Versorgung Europäischer Länder mit erneuerbare Energie beispielsweise Solarstrom aus sonnenreichen Gegenden der Erde.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2008 wurde die Desertec Foundation gegründet, die als non-profit Initative &lt;span&gt;das Ziel hat, die Rahmenbedinungen für eine  beschleunigte des Umsetzung des Konzepts in EUMENA (Europa, Mittlerer Osten sowie Nordafrika) zu schaffen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Als industrielle Initiative folgte 2009 die DII GmbH. "Vorgänger" von Desertec war TREC eine Initiative, die 2003 vom Club of Rome, dem Hamburger Klimaschutz-Fonds  und dem Jordanischen Nationalen Energieforschungszentrum (NERC)  gegründet wurde. Inzwischen ist es so weit, der A380 wird noch im ersten Halbjahr 2010 zum ersten offiziellen Passagierflug der Lufthansa (die die fünfte Airline sein wird, die den A380 einsetzt) abheben.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dies wird nicht irgendein Flug sein, sondern der der deutschen Fußball-Nationalmannschaft von Frankfurt nach  Johannesburg am 6. Juni. Im Vorfeld sind mehrere Flugtrainings geplant - für diejenigen, die Zeit haben und in der Nähe sind, sicher eine gute Gelegenheit zu schauen und das eine oder andere Foto zu machen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hier die Termine mit dem Vorbehalt, dass diese u.a. wetterabhängig sind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Montag, 31. Ich twittere als @projektlotse seit Februar 2009 – anfangs aus Neugierde, sehr schnell und mit wachsender Begeisterung weil es Spaß macht und einen schnellen und unkomplizierten Informationsaustausch ermöglicht.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ab und zu blogge ich unter dem Motto „My Twitterverse“ interessante Tweets der vergangenen Woche. Vieles dabei bezieht sich auf die Themen, mit denen ich mich beruflich beschäftige – Projektmanagement in all seinen Facetten, Changemanagement und Facilitation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nebenbei ist es Twitter eine phantastische Möglichkeit, sich zu vernetzen – egal ob regional oder weltweit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aber wie funktioniert das ganz real? Ist es tatsächlich möglich, schnell und unkompliziert Informationen zu bekommen. Und sind die wirklich interessant und vor allem relevant?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dazu ein aktuelles Beispiel, dass dies gut illustriert.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ich saß an einer Präsentation zum Thema Entscheidungsfindung im Team. Für eine anstehende Projektphase wollte ich Hintergundmaterial zusammenstellen. Neben den mir bereits bekannten Quellen interessierte mich, was andere zum Thema empfehlen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ich twitterte also:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Working on slides on participatory decision-making.
