Jetzt bieten wir Ihnen unsere kompletten StrategicPlay Methoden auch zum selber Anwenden an. In unserem offenen Training lernen Sie erfolgreich eigene Workshops mit dem StrategicPlay Konzept zu entwickeln und zu moderieren.

Die letzten 3 Monate haben wir damit verbracht, die Erfahrungen aus unseren Workshops mit Kunden auszuwerten und die besten Praktiken, Designs und Vorgehensweisen zu extrahieren und zu verdichten. Von der Kleingruppenmoderation mit 5 Teilnehmern bis zur Großgruppenmoderation mit 350 Teilnehmern, von Workshops zur Konfliktlösung im Team, zur Strategieentwicklung, zum Projektstart, zum Community-Building, der Entwicklung einer Innovationskultur, dem Design neuer Dienstleistungen oder der Entwicklung einer neuen eigenständigen Leadership Culture, alles war in den letzten zwei Jahren dabei. Das Ergebnis ist dieses neue 3-Tages Training. Es ist die Essenz unserer Erfahrung, angereichert mit einer gehörigen Dosis aktueller Forschung und praktischer Hinweise.

Schnupperworkshop

One of the best definitions of a team is:
